With a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Aisha’s ingress into
filmmaking has been accidental. But the
dormant filmy keeda came alive in Film and
Television Institute of India, where she
became interested in various kinds, as well as
forms of filmmaking. Since then, she has
worked on different short form projects
including independent short films, music
videos and advertisements. Her lyrical short
– ‘Songs Along The River’
competed in the ‘Visions Du Reel Festival’ .
year and her recent short- ‘Shticky Fingers’ competed at Guanajuato Film Festival, Mexico.
